We grew up believing discomfort during our periods was normal. That irritation, that feeling of dampness, or products that simply don’t feel right on your skin are just part of it. Periods are a natural part of life. And yet we were taught to hide them, to accept discomfort, and not to expect more. We knew we deserved better.
