All delivery charges are shown during checkout. We aim to dispatch confirmed orders as soon as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier. Enroush UK Limited is not liable for delays once the parcel is handed to the delivery provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details and delivery address are accurate. If you change your delivery address after dispatch, you will bear any additional delivery costs.

Order Corrections and Communication

Before placing the order, you will be able to review and correct any data entered. After submission, confirmation and delivery communications will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure it is correct and able to receive emails from us (check your spam settings).

Product Availability and Substitutions

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock or discontinued:

• If declined and already paid, you will receive a full refund.

SUBSCRIPTION

Enroush UK Limited offers recurring delivery Subscriptions for certain products, available in 1, 2, 4, or 6-month intervals, covering three (3) deliveries.

By subscribing:
You authorise us to automatically generate and dispatch orders based on your subscription settings;
Charges may vary with changes to product pricing, tax rates, or delivery fees;
The delivery method selected for your first Subscription Order will apply to future Subscription deliveries.

Subscription Duration and Cancellation

Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before renewal.

Early termination is not permitted before completing three (3) deliveries. If cancelled early, Enroush UK Limited reserves the right to:

Reclaim the applied discount by charging the difference between the discounted Subscription pricing and the standard unit prices applicable at the time of each order.

Valid termination of the Subscription must:
• Be made in writing via email to contact@enroush.co.uk or through your Enroush user account;
• Be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next Subscription cycle;
• Be confirmed by us to be considered accepted.

Subscription Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue any Subscription programme. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives or cancel your subscription without penalty.

OPENING HOURS

Orders may be placed on the Enroush UK website at any time. However, order processing and dispatch occur during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

If the customer is new, Enroush UK Limited may verify and confirm acceptance of the order via phone or email. By placing an order online, the customer agrees to subsequent communication via email or phone, as deemed necessary by the Seller.

PROMOTIONS

Enroush UK Limited may offer discounts, referral codes, voucher campaigns, or promotional deals ("Promotions"). These Promotions:
• Are valid for limited periods as indicated on the product page;
• Are subject to product availability and may be withdrawn without notice.

Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply:
• Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Promotions must be applied at checkout. Retroactive application after an order is placed is not possible.
• Multiple promotions cannot be combined on a single order.
• Promotions are valid only in the country of issue.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotional activity without notice. Users suspected of misuse or fraud may be excluded from participation at our discretion.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are reviewed and updated periodically. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed, unless there is a clear and obvious error.

In the event of a pricing mistake:

• We are not obligated to honour pricing that is clearly incorrect or could reasonably be recognised as such by a customer.

BILLING & DOCUMENTATION

Invoices will be issued based on the information you provide at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing details.

We may request card pre-authorisation before processing payment. All card transactions are subject to authorisation by the issuing bank. Enroush UK Limited is not liable for non-delivery or delays due to payment refusal or processing issues.

Invoices may be issued electronically to your email address or included in the delivery package. If not received within 48 hours of delivery, please contact contact@enroush.co.uk.

If you have a user account, invoices will also be accessible in your online order history.

DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched the same day if placed before 10pm (UK time). Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day. Delivery time is estimated at 1–3 working days within the UK.

Delivery is completed by approved courier partners. Delivery delays may occur due to:
• Local or international customs processes;
• External logistical disruptions.

We will notify you in case of significant delay and offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery does not take place on weekends or UK public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Risk Transfer

For the purpose of these Terms:
• “Delivery” occurs when you, or a person designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods;
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the point of delivery.

If the carrier was arranged independently by the customer, risk transfers upon collection by the carrier.

Failed Delivery

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier may:
• Attempt re-delivery;
• Leave a collection notice;
• Return the parcel to us after 21 days.

In the case of a returned parcel:
• The contract will be treated as cancelled;
• The cost of delivery will not be refunded;
• Additional fees may be charged for re-dispatch or return handling.

We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or returned orders due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS & WARRANTY

Our products meet the Global Organic Textile Standard and are inspected for quality. We warrant that all goods will:
• Match their description and specifications;
• Be fit for the purposes normally associated with such products;
• Meet reasonable expectations of quality and performance.

Where applicable, a Warranty applies for up to 24 months from delivery or the duration printed on the packaging (if shorter).

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse;
• Defects known by the customer at the time of sale;
• Products with packaging flaws that do not affect usability.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of discovering a defect by:
• Emailing contact@enroush.co.uk;
• Using the online contact form;
• Calling the number listed on our website;
• Or posting written notice to our registered address.

You may request one of the following Remedial Measures:
• Replacement of the non-conforming product;
• Repair of the item (if applicable);
• A partial refund or price reduction;
• A full refund if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.

We reserve the right to reject claims made after the 14-day notice period unless the product has a hidden defect (e.g., not detectable at delivery). In such cases, you must report the defect within 14 days of discovering it.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you enter into a contract with Enroush UK Limited as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Please note: if you have entered into a subscription contract, you agree to complete a minimum of 3 deliveries to benefit from promotional pricing. Early cancellation of a subscription will result in a retroactive adjustment, charging you the regular product prices for previous discounted orders.

How to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw

To withdraw from your contract, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and unused if it falls under intimate hygiene products, which are excluded once unsealed.

To initiate a return:

• Or complete our online return form.

We will send you full return instructions after receiving your request. You are responsible for return delivery costs and ensuring the product arrives safely and in acceptable condition.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a refund:
• Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging;
• You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us;
• Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.

You may not return:
1. Customised or personalised products;
2. Sealed hygiene products (such as tampons or sanitary pads) that have been unsealed after delivery.

We will issue your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the returned product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature or functioning, we may deduct from your refund an amount reflecting any loss in value.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage costs will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.

PUBLICATION OF PRODUCT REVIEWS

Our review section exists to help future customers make informed decisions and allow users to share genuine product experiences.

By submitting a review, you grant Enroush UK Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt your review in any form. This includes use in marketing and social media.

2. We encourage detailed, honest feedback that reflects actual use of our products.

6. We do not allow:

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we shall be granted an extension of time to perform our obligations equal to the period of the delay.
