When you choose your products and go to checkout, your total will be calculated based on your selected delivery frequency — monthly, every 2 months, every 4 months, or every 6 months. That’s the amount you’ll be charged each time your order renews.

Heads up: if you used a promo code on your first order (like a Black Friday deal), future renewals will only include the regular subscription discount — not the extra one-time promo. So the price might be slightly higher than your first payment.

Yes, you can update or change your subscription any time. Cancellation is possible after the third delivery of subscription.

Just go to the My Account icon on the top menu and choose the “Forgot your password?” button. The reset password page will pop out, you just have to fill up your email address, and then press submit. You will receive the instructions via email, just follow the steps provided and set up a new password for your ENROUSH account.

Your personal ENROUSH account can be found by clicking LOGIN on the top right of the main page. You will either be logged in already or either invited to fill up your email and account password. If you forgot the login info, follow the steps in this FAQ section “Forgot my log-in details?”

So yes, you can return or exchange your ENROUSH menstrual products only if the product box is sealed.
