I would Highly recommend Enroush sanitary products. I've noticed much less irritation and discomfort compared to other brands, and my period pain has been reduced. Love them. Natural ingredients,The products are made FOR women. I love the thought they put in them. Once I started using Enroush tampons my cramps basically stopped,and the warming pads are definitely helping too. The Subscription really is helpful especially if you are a forgetful person like myself. The whole team is great,ready to help you as well as they can. A generally great experience. I definitely recommend trying them out.

WOW! I normally bleed through tampons - I normally have to wear big grandma knickers whilst on my period - my period normally lasts 7-8days - it lasted 5 days this month was much lighter - I'd never used a tampon without the adapter and was worried about them - them tampons are the best thing ever! I didn't bleed through once and I didn't even feel like I was on my period - I also avoid the gym whilst I'm on my period because I bleed heavy even through tampons / pads - well this month I've been every single day on my period even in the steam and sauna, whilst running on a treadmill and not a single worry - never bled through once - these are life changing for me. No! No bleach or other chemicals are used in the composition of ENROUSH tampons.
Wash your hands thoroughly and remove the wrapper. Sit with your legs apart or place one foot on the toilet seat and relax. Check that the removal string hangs freely through the inner tube. Hold the outer tube of the applicator by the grip area between your thumb and index finger. Place the rounded tip of the applicator at the vaginal opening. Gently insert the tampon, angled slightly backward, until your fingers touch your body. Holding the outer tube firmly, use the index finger of your other hand to push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube. Remove both tubes, leaving the string outside. Dispose of the tubes and wrapper in the trash. Wash your hands again. If you can feel the tampon, it means it has not been inserted deep enough. Remove it and insert a new one.
The size should always match your menstrual flow for effective protection. On days with a normal flow, use regular tampons with medium absorbency. On days with a heavy flow, use super tampons with higher absorbency. Avoid using a super tampon on light flow days to prevent discomfort. Do not choose a very low-absorbency tampon due to concerns about TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome).
Change your tampon every 4 hours or sooner for reliable protection and to avoid the risk of allergic reactions or TSS. Consider additional external protection or changing your tampon every 2 hours in case of heavy flow. NEVER use a tampon for more than 8 consecutive hours.
Of course! You can use tampons even if you are a virgin. The hymen is elastic enough to accommodate a tampon without causing tears. Additionally, the applicator makes them even easier to use. Choosing a smaller size and relaxing during insertion will make the process easier and smoother.
